Beautiful rooftop views complement a stylish room design.

I found the beds uncomfortable. Both the adult and kids' mattresses were in poor condition. We experienced issues with the breakfast service being closed earlier than indicated, and the staff's lack of communication was disappointing. The lobby's limited hours left us without assistance when we needed help.

Loved our newly renovated and well-appointed rooms in this place.

Location: the hotel was next to a great location downtown and near a metro, a pedestrian street and the city centre close to Rossio and Restauradores. The staff were very attentive and attentive and made us feel welcome.

The rooftop breakfast bar was fine! The views while enjoying a delicious spread of cooked and cold foods were a perfect way to kickstart my mornings. Plus, the spacious Family Room was stylish, with a lovely big bathroom and distinctive layout that added a unique touch to our stay.

The rooftop breakfast offered fine views of St Jorge's Castle and delicious options like fresh fruit and pastries. The helpful staff even took care of my luggage up the stairs to my room, which I greatly appreciated.

The staff was consistently attentive, helping us out when we needed extra care for our baby. Lots of good dining spots are just a stroll away!

In my wife's opinion, the stairs were quite a challenge for families.

The central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the daily breakfast on the terrace was a good way to start each day, with a great selection of cold dishes with fine views. The noise from the street and between rooms was noticeable at times, detracting from the overall experience. The limited space for relaxation outside of the room felt restrictive for our family during downtime.
